Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 01
    Bhadrapur Airport – Gangtok
    Arrival and transfer to Gangtok . Check in and over night at Hotel.
  • Day 02
    Gangtok
    Sightseeing of Rumtek Monastery along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Flower Show and Enchey Monastery. Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 03
    Gangtok – Pelling
    Transfer to Pelling (1,860m/6,100ft, 116 km/ 05 to 06 hr). Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 04
    Pelling
    Visit Khecheopalri Lake (1,829m/6,000ft); Khecheopalri Lake is one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lakes wherever it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake comes true. After lunch visit Pemayangtse Monastery which belongs to the Nyingma-pa order of Tibetan Buddhism. Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 05
    Pelling – Darjeeling
    Transfer to Darjeeling. Check in and Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 06
    Darjeeling
    Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (2,550m/8,364ft at around 4am) to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak and on the way back visit Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center & panoramic view of Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 07
    Darjeeling – Airport
    Departure transfer to Bhadrapur Airport, for onwards connection.
